Paciano Rizal Writes a Letter to His Brother
On May 26, 1882, Paciano Rizal, the oldest sibling and only brother of Jose Rizal, wrote him a letter shortly after the latter's departure from Europe, which was a momentous event in the young Rizal's life, and is a period we shall be spending some time with in the next few weeks.
